Job Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts to gauge interest in selling 
• Establish and maintain rapport with homeowners by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they align with our buy box
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and interactions with potential sellers

Job Requirements

• Proven success in outbound sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. 
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 10:00 am -7:00 pm Eastern Time.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent in a challenging sales environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRMs, Dialer and Google Workspace
