Turn warm buyer leads into signed contracts by being a responsive, relationship-first point of contact—bridging interest to action with clarity, empathy, and follow-through.This is a customer service–forward, process-driven role. You’ll nurture inbound buyer leads, coordinate showings, gather key intel (budget, timing, offer terms), and collaborate closely with the Dispositions Admin and CEO to bring deals to the finish line.
Core Responsibilities
Convert Qualified Buyer Leads into Contracts
Own relationships from first contact through soft close; pass high-conviction buyers to the CEO for negotiation.
Build & Maintain an Active Buyer Pipeline
Grow and segment the CRM (Follow Up Boss) with engaged, qualified buyers.
Track & Optimize Every Buyer Touchpoint
Keep CRM spotless—every buyer, every message, every showing logged.
Drive Showings, Offers & Feedback Loops
Coordinate showings, gather broker/buyer feedback, and report insights to improve listings.
Support Brokers & the Dispo Admin
Keep communication tight between buyers, brokers, and internal team members.
Engage Investor Communities
Post and network in Facebook groups to identify new funding and buyer opportunities.
Convert qualified buyer leads into signed contracts (target: 2+ per month).
Add and qualify 50+ new buyers per month in Follow Up Boss, tagged by state, budget, and intent.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM — every lead tagged, every convo logged, zero ghosting.
Respond to all new buyer inquiries within 10 minutes.
Conduct 15+ qualified buyer conversations weekly and follow up 2x per week with all active leads.
Coordinate showings, feedback, and offers, escalating ready-to-offer buyers to the CEO within 1 hour.
Deliver weekly insight reports with buyer objections, trends, and conversion metrics.
Keep the broker dashboard updated with calls, views, showings, and offers.
Participate in Monday KPI syncs and Friday recaps, driving continuous improvement.
