HBI Home Solutions is a high-performing U.S.-based real estate investment company that closes 100+ deals per year. We’re looking for a Real Estate Disposition Sales Specialist to help match our investment property inventory with active buyers. You’ll join a remote-first team that moves fast, celebrates wins, and offers long-term growth for the right individual. 🔑 Responsibilities
• Market off-market and exclusive investment properties to a curated list of investor-buyers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing buyers
• Negotiate sale prices, contract terms, and closing timelines
• Manage leads and daily outreach using CRM tools (40–50 contacts per day expected)
• Track activity, buyer feedback, and pipeline updates consistently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clean and fast closings
✅ Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ months of experience in real estate sales (ideally working with investment properties or investors)
• Proven experience with outbound communication (calls, texts, emails) at high volume
• Comfortable negotiating and closing deals over the phone
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

• Experience working with real estate investors and understanding investment buying criteria
• Basic understanding of real estate contracts and deal structures
