You will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operational efficiency across both property management and real estate sales. This position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the company's principal, handling a broad spectrum of administrative and executive duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update real estate listings across various platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate showings, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle client and stakeholder communications, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up on sales inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage essential transaction documents, such as contracts and leases.
  • Maintain and update client databases, manage CRM software, ensuring efficient sales follow-ups and robust task management.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media management.
  • Conduct general administrative duties as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, emphasizing sales follow-up and task management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
  • Independent worker with the ability to also perform well in a team setting.
  • High school diploma; further education or certification in administrative services or real estate is preferred.
