Pickl Properties (picklproperties.com) is a leading real estate investment firm in Virginia Beach, Virginia and we are looking for a Follow Up Specialist to join our team. The team is growing at a fast pace, seeking to scale into additional markets, and this person will be groomed to support the purchasing side of the business..

Our company will provide you with comprehensive, psychology-driven sales training that will provide you with a base skillset you can use for a lifetime.

Compensation:

Base Pay: $1000/month, paid 1st and 15th of the month. Base is increased after 6 months of employment and monthly expectations are met.

Commission:

Paid on closed transactions that the employee hand off to the Acquisitions Manager.

Commissions are paid on the 5th of every month

$250 per each transaction closed for the first 10 transactions.

1% of profit generated on 10+ transactions closed

1.5% of profit if more than 10+ transactions closed in a quarter

Schedule

Monday: 2PM-8PM EST

Tuesday: 9AM-1PM / 2-6PM EST

Wednesday: 9AM-1PM / 3PM-8PM EST

Thursday: 9AM-1PM / 3PM-8PM EST

Friday: 9AM-1/ 2-5PM EST

1st + 3rd Saturdays: 9AM-1PM EST


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound call and talk to all leads in the CRM.
  • Overcome objections on the phone
  • Schedule and conduct appointments for Acquisitions Manager
  • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects
  • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
  • Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed

Qualifications:


Job Requirements

  • Stable employment history with at least 2+ years of a sales position that required cold calling and/or phone sales.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Sales, Car Sales, Solar Sales, Timeshare Sales, Timeshare Exit Sales, Cemetery / Funeral Home Sales, or other high ticket B2C or B2B sales roles.
  • Fluent in English and an understanding of American culture and behavior.
  • Be able to sync with the company's B.E.A.S.T. core values: Bold, Empathetic, Accountable, Selfless, Trustworthy
  • Quick on your feet and can take initiative
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about solving problems and selling

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
