Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Follow-up Specialist (Real Estate) to join our team. This could be a full or part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Compensation: $4/Hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Research real estate markets

- Develop and execute a calling strategy to target property agents

- Mine prior leads of sellers from CRM to acquire their property

- Negotiate terms and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements

- Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas

- Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals

Job Qualification & Skill Sets:

Great English is a must

Great organization and admin skills are a must

Great internet connection and speed are a must

A great working computer is a must

Being a self-starter and motivated is a must

Experience in Real Estate is a plus!
