The purpose of this position is to rapidly respond to incoming leads and generate closing opportunities for our Real Estate Acquisition Team. Once the lead is on the phone, it is this position’s responsibility to gather information relevant to the potential acquisition of the lead property. During the phone conversation, this position is expected to do the basic lead qualification, determine the reason behind why the person is potentially selling, and the urgency of the person thinking of selling.
· Answer incoming calls to speak with potential sellers
· Build rapport and gain trust with the seller
· Gather relevant information needed to analyze a property
· Understand the story of why they are thinking of selling and determine urgency
· Schedule and enter appointments into Acquisition team calendars.
· Return any missed calls as promptly as possible, same objective as live answer.
· Rapidly respond to online lead sources
· Log all notes about conversation within the CRM
· Coordinate and communicate with the Acquisition team for leads that may be urgent or requiring quick action.

· Continual follow-up with lead opportunities
· Ongoing follow-ups to previous leads that did not sell their property to us.
