🏡 Real Estate Lead Manager – Experienced & Results-Driven

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | Compensation: Base + Performance Bonuses

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented real estate professional who thrives on turning leads into opportunities? We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Manager to oversee and optimize our inbound and outbound lead flow, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

As a key player in our real estate acquisitions team, you'll be responsible for nurturing motivated seller leads, managing our CRM, and ensuring our pipeline stays active and qualified. If you know how to handle conversations with distressed sellers, manage follow-ups with precision, and can bring systems-level thinking to your role—this is for you.

Job Responsibilities

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Intake & Management
  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally via phone, SMS, and email
  • Qualify prospects based on motivation, condition, timeline, and price (MCTP)
  • Assign qualified leads to appropriate acquisitions reps
  • CRM & Pipeline Oversight
  • Maintain and organize the CRM (GoHighLevel or reSIMPLI)
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely outreach by the team
  • Monitor KPIs and generate lead pipeline reports weekly
  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
  • Execute long-term follow-up sequences for cold/warm leads
  • Build rapport with sellers and uncover key decision-making factors
  • Schedule appointments for acquisitions reps when appropriate
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps in lead handling and implement automation or SOPs
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends


Job Requirements

âś… Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 2+ years in a real estate lead management, inside sales, or acquisitions coordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of off-market and motivated seller lead types (e.g., probate, tax delinquent, absentee owners)
  • Proficiency in CRMs and pipeline management tools
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize with distressed sellers
  • Obsessed with follow-up, systems, and accountability
