Looking to be apart of a growing Real Estate team?

Real Neighborhood Offer's Lead Manager role will be but not be limited to; contacting homeowners by making outbound calls through a dialer. Agent shall report on each lead based on the results from the point of contact described and shall input the leads into systems provided by Real Neighborhood Offer, LLC. Agent shall provide enough notation to describe each of the lead's outcomes and will also follow up with leads as needed. If Agent does not set an appointment when contacting the leads, the Agent shall obtain detailed information to follow up with that potential lead later.

This is a base pay + commission based opportunity. Full Time availability 7am-3pm PST required.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up and respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
• Use the CRM daily to manage and update the pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
• Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
• Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
• Schedule and conduct appointments to negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
• Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate-specific systems/technologies
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
• Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and expand our marketplace position
• Attend business meetings and training as required
