• Prospect and qualify motivated sellers via outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups
• Run discovery calls to identify seller needs and present fair-cash offers
• Negotiate and close deals virtually or set in-person appointments for our closer
• Document every interaction in the CRM and keep the sales pipeline current

Basic deal-analysis skills and property-value intuition
