Job Responsibilities

• Proactive Outreach: Engage prospects through a high volume of cold calls, compelling emails, and personalized messages designed to capture interest and schedule qualified meetings or demonstrations for our senior sales team.
• Opportunity Creation: Your primary goal is to set up initial consultations and presentations, laying the groundwork for successful deals

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Exceptional cold calling skills and a resilient attitude towards prospecting.
• You're persistent and effective in sparking interest and navigating initial conversations.
• Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• A self-starter, highly motivated, and focused on consistently hitting and exceeding targets
• Ability to quickly learn and clearly articulate the value of our real estate services.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a definite plus.
