Real Estate Sales Follow-Up Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Follow-Up Specialist to join our team! You’ll be responsible for following up with leads in our CRM, qualifying them, and setting appointments for the closing team.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (advanced English required)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or acquisitions
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently follow up with leads
  • Experience with Podio and SmrtPhone is a plus

Job Responsibilities

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (must speak, read, and write both fluently)

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or lead qualification

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

Advanced English speaking and comprehension skills (clear, professional, and confident)

Proven ability to qualify leads and identify motivation, timelines, and property details

Familiarity with using a CRM system (experience with Podio is a plus)

Experience using SmrtPhone or similar phone systems

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable making follow-up calls, handling objections, and staying consistent with daily tasks

Must have reliable internet, computer, and headset for remote work

Willingness to work U.S. business hours, preferably EST or CST
