Full Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Your main role will be connecting with homeowners who want to sell their properties quickly for cash. You’ll guide them through the process, provide competitive cash offers, and help close deals that work for everyone. These leads are also high quality google ad leads. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound leads and follow up with potential clients.Provide fair cash offers based on property research and market data.Negotiate dealsKeep detailed records of client interactions in our CRM.Work with the team to meet sales goals and close deals efficiently.Skills & Qualifications:Sales or customer service experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required).Great communication and negotiation skills.Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once.Comfortable using technology like CRMs and basic office software.Self-motivated and goal-driven.What We Offer: (there is no limit on commissions)Base pay of $1000-$2250 per month plus commissions!
