Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Full Job Description

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

Compensation: $8–$15/hour (Bi-Weekly)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive paralegal to support our legal team in real estate and probate-related matters. This role involves drafting legal documents, assisting in litigation

Job Responsibilities

• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, litigation or probate law
• Proficiency drafting legal documents and preparing court filings
• Experience setting court dates, handling e-filings, and scheduling depositions
• Comfortable communicating with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with e-filing systems and digital case management tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Requirements

• Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, and notices related to real estate and probate cases
• Prepare and coordinate court filings, including e-filing through state systems
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings for attorneys
• Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently
• Assist attorneys with litigation support, case preparation, and document review
• Maintain organized and accurate digital case files
• Track deadlines, court dates, and follow-ups to ensure timely compliance
• Conduct basic legal research and fact-checking when required
• Answer inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to collect or clarify information
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and information sharing
