Full Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant at EzyRes LLC, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation team by cold calling potential sellers and identifying warm leads for our Acquisition Closers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential sellers, qualify their interest, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for the acquisition team. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
  2. Make 300 outbound cold calls daily to potential property sellers. 
  3. Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure they meet the requirements for further engagement.
  4. Maintain a high volume of calls daily to generate a consistent pipeline of warm leads.
  5. Respond to incoming inquiries within 2 hours and follow up with qualified leads within 10 minutes.
  6. Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into qualified prospects
  7. Lead Qualification and Handoff:
  8. Identify and qualify 12-15 potential leads each day based on specified criteria (motivation, property condition, urgency).
  9. Schedule 5 appointments daily for the Acquisition Closer, aiming for 125 appointments per month.
  10. Finish all follow up calls by end of day (part of 300 dials)
  11. Presenting initial offers to potential real estate leads and escalating warm leads to the appropriate team members.
  12. Data Management and Reporting:
  13. Maintain 100% accuracy detailed records of interactions with potential sellers in GoHighLevel CRM software.
  14. Provide regular reports on call activity, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  15. Accurately enter and update lead information in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates within 24 hours


Job Requirements

  • Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken. 
  • Spanish is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Real estate experience and knowledge is a must.
  • Prior experience in caller roles and confidence in communicating with potential sellers
  • Resourceful problem solver who can think on their feet.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys constantly learning and taking on new tasks
  • Familiarity to Go High Level, Trello or similar CRM softwares

Tool Requirements: 

  • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
  • USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam
