As a Real Estate Dispositions Specialist at EzyRes LLC, you’ll play a critical role in our wholesale operations by focusing on engaging buyers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless closing process. Your ability to connect with VIP clients and drive revenue growth will be the cornerstone of your success.

Job Responsibilities

1. Buyer Engagement/VIP Relationship Nurturing:
2. Call and engage potential buyers to generate interest  and communicate property details effectively.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with VIP clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
4. Appointment Setting:
5. Schedule and coordinate walkthrough appointments with interested buyers.
6. Utilize tools like GHL, InvestorLyft, Trello and Discord for efficient process management.
7. Deal Negotiation and Closure:
8. Work towards increasing sales revenue by 5-10% MOM through effective negotiation and deal closure strategies.
9. Negotiate terms with potential buyers and ensure all necessary documentation is complete for successful deal closures.
10. Deliver creative solutions  to resolve challenges that may arise during the closing process.
11. Integrator Role and Process Improvement:
12. Learn and master tools such as GHL, InvestorLyft, Trello for note-taking, and Discord for communication.
13. Identify opportunities  to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the disposition workflow.
14. Implement changes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization in the disposition workflow.
15. Fast Learner and Adapter:
16. Quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
17. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on market trends.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispositions Specialist, with a focus on real estate or sales is a plus!
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using tools like GHL, Trello, and Discord.
• Quick learner with adaptability to changing environments.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Tool Requirements:

•  Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
• Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
• USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam
