Full Job Description

As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support our team by making outbound cold calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. Your role will be essential in helping us grow our business.


Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and leads within the real estate market
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Respond to emails and inquiries from potential clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing schedules, data entry, and document preparation
  • Help maintain and update lead databases
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in a real estate setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with prospects over the phone
  • Ability to handle objections and close appointments effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., REI Reply/Go HighLevel, CallTools, ReadyMode, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience with virtual assistant duties is a plus
