We are a growing company that provides janitorial services for various clients. Our focus is on delivering quality service and maintaining high standards. We are looking for an HR Specialist to help with our recruiting and training processes. This is remote position working on PST.

Job Responsibilities

• Post job openings on various platforms.
• Conduct interviews and screen applicants.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Develop training materials.
• Support improvements to recruitment and training processes.

Job Requirements

• Experience with job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ability to create clear training materials.
• Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
