About Us:

We are a U.S.-based restoration and packout company seeking a full-time Remote Estimator & Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced or ready to train in Xactimate, who can coordinate directly with clients and insurance adjusters, manage estimates, and oversee packout logistics with our field team. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in related industries: restoration, mitigation, packouts, content cleaning, insurance claims, insurance adjusters, or public adjusting industry.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming work orders and set up job files
• Coordinate claims with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate software
• Submit estimates to insurance adjusters and handle negotiations
• Collaborate with field teams to schedule and oversee pack-outs
• Maintain organized documentation and job progress updates
• Communicate with clients, insurance reps, and internal teams via phone, email, and CRM

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience with Xactimate OR willingness to be trained quickly
• Background in related industries such as: restoration, mitigation, packouts, content cleaning, insurance claims, insurance adjusters, or public adjusting industry REQUIRED.
• Ability to negotiate with insurance adjusters.
• Ability to coordinate packouts and content cleaning operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy: Able to manage CRM tools, remote platforms.
• Based in Latin America, with stable internet and availability to work U.S. business hours
