As we grow, we’re looking for a Remote Intake and Sales Specialist who will be the first point of contact for potential clients—someone who not only listens with empathy but also guides with purpose, helping determine fit and offering real solutions.
Role Summary
This role is a hybrid of intake and sales, ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads, identifying legal needs using the SPIN selling method, and either transitioning the lead to our legal team or offering an alternative support product when we’re not the right fit. You'll also occasionally assist with customer service inquiries.
