Role Purpose:

The Legal Assistant will manage a diverse array of administrative and client support tasks performed remotely, adapting to daily needs and ensuring smooth operations within the firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact; manage calls and video meetings with professionalism.
• Ad-Hoc Administrative Support: Handle a variety of on-demand tasks including billing, payment processing, and client inquiries. Oversee document management, database maintenance, and general office duties to support legal operations.
• Client Intake & Management: Facilitate the intake process to ensure a seamless and professional client onboarding experience.

Job Requirements

• Availability: Must be available full-time during standard US work hours.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English.
• Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor in virtual meetings.
• Adaptability: Highly adaptable, capable of managing diverse and unplanned tasks as they arise.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with virtual meeting technologies, client databases, and administrative software.
• Education: Not currently enrolled in school; must be able to commit full-time.
