Remote Project Manager

Full Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Remote Project Managers to oversee and coordinate projects across various business lines. The ideal candidates will be skilled at managing deadlines, communicating with both field and office teams, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with field technicians, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management regularly.
• Manage project documentation and workflows.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Use project management software (Trello, Asana, Monday, or similar).
• Attend virtual meetings across U.S. time zones when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing projects (telecom, HVAC, construction, IT, or general business ops preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not mandatory.
