Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Solar Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and driving adoption of solar energy solutions within our target market. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and ultimately boost solar sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of solar energy systems and have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate leads.
• Schedule appointments for solar energy consultants.
• Objective: Secure qualified appointments to maximize sales efforts.

Training and Operational Schedule:

• Training Period: 1 Week
• Training Schedule: 1 PM EST - 9 PM EST
• Operational Schedule: 1 PM EST - 9 PM EST

Compensation Offered:

• Under 10 Valid Appointments within a pay period = $3.5/hr + $20 per sit
• 10 - 14 Valid Appointments within a pay period = $5/hr + $20 per sit
• 15 - 19 Valid Appointments within a pay period = $8/hr + $20 per sit
• 20 - 25 Valid Appointments within a pay period =  $10/hr + $20 per sit
• 26 - 30 Valid Appointments within a pay period =  $12/hr + $20 per sit
• Additional Bonuses:  $20 bonus on every appointment that sits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EXPERIENCE AS AN APPOINTMENT SETTER
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
