Full Job Description

Citiside Properties is a property management firm in Atlanta, GA. We are a mid sized business with ambitious goals to grow our accounts. We've been in business for 15 years and have 20 employees.

I'm looking for a top producing lead generator that is hungry to work. I need someone that is SELF-RELIANT. I need some one that has MOTIVATION. This is a position in which I will give guidance and a full overview, but it will be up to you to make it happen and grow our business after training.

There will be a $900 monthly base with lots of upside if successful. The commission structure in place should allow for $3,000+ months when successful.

I am looking for someone with a big mindset and will go after business without being timid. Once you get a warm lead, you will turn over the lead and set up an appointment and I will close. I will not micro manage.... internal drive is a must have, without a boss telling you exactly what to do everyday.

We have the tools to target our ideal clients with the right CRM to manage....we just need a rainmaker to execute!

Job Responsibilities

-Full time work

-Advanced English speaking skills and writing - a lot of the outreach will be email/text

-Need to be familiar with CRM's
