Sales & Leasing Associate - Mobile Homes Marketing Agency

Full Job Description

We're a marketing agency helping Mobile Home Park owners and operators sell and lease their homes. For this role, we're looking for a fully bilingual individual to work in the role of "Sales & Leasing Associate". For this position, we'll need you to reply to leads interested in leasing or purchasing one of our mobile homes, and help them through the process of scheduling a home showing, applying for financing, and if approved, get them to sign all the documentation needed to close the home. You'll report directly to the CEO of the company.

Compensation:

Base salary starts at $1,000+*

Earn additional commission for each:

• Completed showing,
• Completed financial application, and
• Home closed.

*We'll consider a higher base salary for qualified individuals

Job Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

• Reply to Facebook messages and comments
• Schedule showings, send reminders
• Coordinate with US teams to complete showings
• Call leads to reschedule if necessary
• Assist through the financing and application process
• Assist lead leads with signing required documentation

Job Requirements

Must‑haves:

• Fully Bilingual (Spoken and Written)*
• Fast on the phones/text, relentless follow‑through
• Comfortable running cadences and living by metrics
• Calm under volume; friendly, firm, and organized
• Located in Caracas, Venezuela.

Nice‑to‑haves:

• CRM discipline to keep all deals up to date
• Housing, property management, or dealership experience
