Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Recruitment Specialist to expand our brokerage by attracting top-tier real estate agents. Your mission is to build and nurture a robust database of agents, leveraging our state-of-the-art software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and recruit skilled real estate agents.
- Utilize sales and recruiting experience to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with recruiting experience in any industry.
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, minimizing language barriers.
- Passionate about sales and growth in the real estate sector.
