Sales Appointment Setter (Cold-Calling)

Full Job Description

We’re hiring motivated, reliable, and English-fluent virtual assistants from South America to join our growing appointment setting team. You will be cold calling homeowners in California, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for our solar energy consultants.This is a high-performance role where your effort directly impacts your income. Base Salary: $600 per month

Weekly Commission Breakdown:

• 0-5 Appointments - $3/Appointment
• 6-10 Appointments - $5/Appointment
• 11+ Appointments - $8/Appointment

Appointment Sit-Downs

• $20/meeting

Conversion to Sale

• $100 per conversion

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners using our dialer
• Follow proven scripts to engage, qualify, and book solar appointments
• Overcome common objections and identify real opportunities
• Update lead status and call notes in CRM
• Communicate daily with our manager and team via Slack/WhatsApp

Job Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level preferred) with a clear, neutral accent
• 6+ months cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Strong internet connection + headset + quiet work environment
• Familiarity with tools like Dialpad, GoHighLevel, or similar
• Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent
• Must be located in South America
