Job Description for English and Spanish Appointment Setter Specialist

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to find new (Janitorial Companies) service providers.  (200 calls via auto dialer a day minimum)
• Identify motivated service providers to be part of our company - to call National cities/states (3-5  good leads a week)
• Find quality service providers, collect paperwork and communicate with the office for next steps 

Requirements

• Experience in sales appointment setter with proven experience in sales required
• Proven experience with high-volume outbound sales calls
• Comfortable working with CRMs, auto dialer required, and sales technology is a plus
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• English and Spanish Bilingual 

Scope

• Full-time & remote role
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 7 pm central time 1 hr lunch from 12pm-1pm central time and Monday and Thursday from 9am-6pm central time 1 hr lunch 12pm-1pm central time 
• Reports to the company’s founder
