Job Responsibilities

🎯 Role Overview As an SDR at Affinity, you will be the front line of growth, responsible for: 📞 Cold calling and emailing retail insurance brokers across the U.S. 📅 Setting qualified meetings and delivering platform demos 📝 Closing brokers onto the Affinity Marketplace and helping them get started 💼 This is a quota-carrying sales role with high earning potential and full support to succeed. 📋 What You’ll Do ✔️ Prospect, call, and email 60+ brokers/day using pre-qualified lead lists ✔️ Schedule 8–12 broker demos/week and run high-quality product demonstrations ✔️ Convert brokers into paying Marketplace subscribers ✔️ Help optimize outreach sequences and messaging ✔️ Meet or exceed monthly acquisition goals

Job Requirements

🔎 What We’re Looking For ✅ Fluent English (written & spoken) ✅ Experience in SDR, inside sales, or call centers (strongly preferred) ✅ Comfortable with 50–80 calls/day and objection handling ✅ Self-motivated, organized, and independent ✅ Competitive and goal-oriented 💰 What We Offer 💵 Base salary: $1,200/month USD 💵 Commission: $350 per broker closed + performance bonuses 🎯 OTE: $3,500–$5,000+ USD/month for top performers 🏡 100% Remote role (South/Central America) 📈 Career growth in a fast-scaling startup 🧠 Training, tools, and leadership support
