As our Sales Strategist, you’ll build the bridge between our vision and the clients who need it most. This isn’t about pitching products — it’s about telling stories, solving real business pain,and helping leaders see what’s possible when they stop trying to do it all themselves.This is a cross-functional, early-stage role — ideal for someone who loves to build from scratch, lead conversations, and find the right people to serve.Your mission? Drive scalable growth by identifying the right leads, designing smart outreach,and converting interest into long-term partnerships. You won’t just sell placements—you’ll sell transformation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the entire client journey — from outreach to close, by identifying prospects,leading discovery with empathy, crafting story-driven proposals, and guiding decision-makers toward clear, confident action.
  • Translate Virtually’s success stories into compelling narratives that resonate with operators and founders
  • Create sales materials (decks, scripts, case summaries) that are clear, honest, and inspiring
  • Design and test outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, referrals, warm intros)
  • Maintain clean pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM documentation
  • Participate in weekly strategy sessions to shape positioning, targeting, and offer iterations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align messaging across outbound, inbound, and follow-ups
