Full Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. This person won't just sell; they'll create and improve our entire sales process. We need someone who can find key customer information, manage the whole sales cycle from start to finish, and is an expert at using CRM systems to hit our goals.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing offsite management.

Job Responsibilities

* Design and Improve Sales: You'll create the steps and strategies to make selling easier and more effective.

* Understand Our Customers: You'll dig deep to discover what customers truly need and how we can best assist them.

* Manage the Wholesale: You'll handle every aspect of the process, from initial contact to closing the deal and ensuring customer satisfaction.

* Be a CRM Expert: You'll use our CRM system to track everything, make reports, and make smart decisions.

* Improve Results: You'll look at sales numbers and create plans to meet and beat our goals.

Job Requirements

* Proven success in sales, with a good track record.

* Ability to design sales processes.

* Skilled at finding important customer info.

* Knowledge of managing the full sales cycle.

* Excellent at using CRM systems.

* Great at talking to people and building relationships.

* An analytical mind that focuses on getting results.
