We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented communicator who thrives on social platforms—someone who knows how to spark meaningful engagement on posts and turn attention into conversations. Your primary role will be to engage with posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—liking, commenting, and replying in ways that start real conversations with potential clients. Once someone engages back or shows interest, you’ll take the conversation into the DMs and book qualified sales appointments using proven scripts and your own strategic insights. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high-volume social interaction, understands social selling, and loves the challenge of turning likes and comments into booked meetings.

Actively engage with 50–100+ posts per day (likes, comments, questions)
Reply to comments and likes with meaningful follow-up
Start DM conversations with warm and cold leads based on post engagement
Book 1 qualified appointment per day (leads must know it’s about bookkeeping services and be open to hiring help)
Use and refine message scripts based on what works
Track conversations and results in Notion
Attend team huddles and provide insights on post performance and lead quality
Collaborate with the team to test new comment angles, DM openers, and messaging hooks
Fluent, professional-level written English (C1 or higher)
Proven experience generating leads through comments and DMs
Social selling experience on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn
Ability to work independently and hit KPIs
Strong understanding of U.S. communication style and etiquette
Familiarity with Notion, WhatsApp, Google Docs, and ChatGPT
Stable internet connection and consistent availability during working hours
