Full Job Description

We are a Real Estate Investment firm with Christian Values that acquires properties in Florida using high-level sales training.

This is a BASE + COMMISSION position. The earning potential is Unlimited!

Candidates MUST have sales experience and ADVANCED English communication skills.

We are looking for a sales representative who demonstrates self-assurance, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the capacity to make wise decisions and accept responsibility for them. The ideal applicant is confident, competitive, and capable of producing well-structured, repeatable results.

Finding potential properties for our company to acquire is your main duty as a sales representative. You will be expected to make cold calls and send texts to real estate agents and suppliers each day in order to get to know them, ask them about the availability of properties, and follow the process of making sure the properties close. You will receive training on how to conduct sales and are required to follow our procedures. Creating your own processes and freelancing are not allowed.

This job requires confidence, independence of thought, initiative, and the capacity to take ownership of decisions made quickly. The ideal applicant will be able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and provide workable ideas to deal with them. The position calls for a collaborative style that is results-driven, and task-oriented, and emphasizes directed, intentional activity to produce quick results. The job requires overcoming obstacles and pressure while handling people and issues with confidence and tenacity. The work of a sales representative is broad in scope and involves a variety of tasks that call for quick changes in priority. Although it is generally a task-focused profession, the ability to handle small detailed tasks, even on occasion, without jeopardizing their primary tasks is necessary.
