Full Job Description

We're hiring a Sales Representative to help us grow! You'll be in charge of the whole sales process, from finding new customers to closing deals and keeping them happy. If you love sales, are good at talking to people, and know how to use a CRM system, we want to meet you!

WARNINGS:

• Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm EST.
• NO working for another company at the same time.
• NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.
• We terminate immediately due to these violations.

Citiside Properties is a property management company that manages properties for investors with portfolios of homes and/or multi-unit apartments needing offsite management.

We offer a base salary and commission plans based on sales closed

Job Responsibilities

• Find and Sell:
• Look for new customers and turn them into leads.
• Understand what customers need and offer them our products/services.
• Show off our products and make great presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Keep customers happy after the sale, so they keep coming back!
• Use Our Sales Tools:
• Keep all your sales notes and customer info updated in our CRM system.
• Use the CRM to track your progress and hit your sales goals.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a sales role, handling the full sales process.
• Comfortable using CRM software (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Great at talking to people and making presentations.
• Good at closing deals.
• Self-motivated and driven to hit targets.
