Sales Specialist and Closer! Bilingual Spanish + English

Full Job Description

Hello! Our real estate company is looking for STRONG, POSITIVE sales specialists that have experience with true sales and closing ability. We are growing fast and need motivated individuals who are thirsty for sales and want to make a difference with a strong company with a strong work ethic! We have a strong customer base that speaks English and Spanish so being bilingual is extremely important! Also, a strong computer setup is required -- dual screens and at least 16GB in RAM and intel i5 or faster. Please provide screenshot of your computer info to be approved! We will provide commissions based on closed deals (profit) but this should not be expected by the teammate typically until Month 3 or Month 4 of excellent performance. We like to reward our teammates!

1. Inbounds and outbounds calls to general appointments and sales.
2. Positive energy, motivated and professional
3. Able to be on the phones and work hard!
4. Very organized and thorough with best practices
5. Maintain focus throughout the day in order to achieve results
6. Capable of utilizing CRM and Google Sheets/Excel properly and efficiently.
