Job Overview

B2B Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions. This role involves handling introductory calls, facilitating Property Management Agreement (PMA) signings, and expanding partnership unit additions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property management industry, B2B sales processes, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with joint venture (JV) partners, acquisition owners, and strategic partners to drive growth and increase unit additions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and continued business opportunities. Relay client feedback to the operations team to address concerns effectively.
  • Source and manage leads from referrals, realtors, and other avenues. Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Lead introductory calls, sales presentations, and oversee the PMA signing process to secure new partnerships.
  • Actively pursue new business acquisition through partnerships, acquisitions, and JV expansions.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
  • Maintain and track leads in coordination with the Leads Manager, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new partnership and acquisition opportunities.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the partnership acquisition process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in lead tracking systems and maintain reports on sales performance and partnership growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Professional and persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to close deals, secure partnerships, and manage contract signings.
  • Understanding of Operations & Property Management Industry – Prior experience or knowledge of property management, partnerships, and JV structures is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the turnkey business model, sales funnel management, and acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in property management, real estate acquisitions, or sales.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and client retention strategies.



Tools & Software Proficiency

  • AppFolio – CRM and property management system.
  • Google Suite – Professional email communication and coordination.
  • Excel – Lead tracking, reporting, and data management.
