About the Role

Trade Pros USA is hiring a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads in multiple markets, optimizing performance daily, and helping scale a fast-moving, home services brand.

This is not an agency oversight role — we’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, get into the accounts, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube, with a focus on lead generation.
  • Run paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, with detailed audience targeting and budget control.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, call tracking, and performance attribution across campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, and other key KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce ad creatives, copy, and high-converting landing pages.
  • Report on campaign performance weekly, with actionable insights and next steps.
  • Stay current with SEM and social platform trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns (Search, Display, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Proven track record of managing budgets efficiently and improving lead quality and volume.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM-based tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of CPC bidding strategies, keyword match types, negative keyword use, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make real-time decisions.
  • Bonus: experience running localized campaigns for service-based businesses.
