Job Details:
We are looking to hire a full-time SEO Assistant who will provide vital support to various internal departments including the content, technical, and web-ops teams. Given the varied types of tasks, candidates MUST be tech-savvy with a strong ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic work environment. This role demands a keen understanding of SEO practices, alongside proficiency in an array of digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a crucial role in the seamless execution of our SEO strategies, contributing directly to the growth and success of our high-end clients in the healthcare and legal sectors. Working under the guidance of the owner and in collaboration with various team managers, this position offers an unparalleled opportunity to hone your skills and grow professionally within the ever-evolving landscape of digital marketing.
Location: North, Central, or South America (Remote).
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Work Hours: Any time between 6 AM - 6 PM CST.
Reporting To: Will be working directly with the owner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Supporting onpage/technical and local SEO teams with tasks like updating Google Business Profile profiles, editing articles, and posting/editing content on third-party sites.
Reviewing content and technical audits, compiling data and reports.
Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and AI writing tools for various SEO activities.
Performing data analysis and exporting from tools such as AHREFs, SEOCrawl, and Google Analytics.
Working with tools like AHREFs, SEOCrawl, Cuppa, Koala.sh, WordPress, ScreamingFrog, Scrapebox, and other SEO tools.
Team Structure & Communication:
Part of a team working directly with the owner, supporting both Content and Technical Teams under SEO Managers.
Regular use of Zoho Cliq for daily messaging and daily video calls for collaboration.
Task tracking and status updates through Google Sheets and Notion.
Encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance, with feedback provided after each task completion.
