Digital Resource is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, FL. We help forward-thinking businesses grow through innovative, measurable strategies. We’re looking for an Off-Page SEO Specialist to join our SEO team and drive authority-building strategies that improve organic search visibility and rankings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Conduct backlink audits and create link-building campaigns that align with client goals.
  • Identify and secure high-quality link opportunities through outreach, digital PR, guest posting, and partnerships.
  • Monitor backlinks and competitor link profiles to find opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the On-Page SEO Specialist and Content Team to ensure cohesive SEO strategies.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, off-page SEO trends, and industry best practices.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as domain authority, referral traffic, and backlink growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of SEO experience with a focus on off-page strategies.
  • Strong understanding of link-building tactics and off-page ranking factors.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and techniques for acquiring backlinks.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting best practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for outreach and partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the SEO Manager and works closely with the On-Page SEO Specialist, Content Team, and Account Managers.

Success Measures

  • Growth in client domain authority and organic search rankings.
  • Increase in referral traffic from high-quality external sources.
  • Successful completion of link-building campaigns that meet KPIs.
  • Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
