We are a growing event and party rental company that provides unique entertainment experiences for private parties, weddings, corporate events, school functions, and festivals. We specialize in interactive audio-based experiences, including silent disco events where guests wear wireless headphones and enjoy music without external speakers. The Event & Party Rental Sales Representative is responsible for helping customers book rentals for their events. This role focuses on responding to inbound inquiries, explaining how our rentals work, recommending the right equipment packages, and guiding customers through the booking process.This is a remote position that requires fluent English communication, as the role involves frequent phone calls, emails, and text conversations with customers. This is not a high-pressure sales role. It is consultative in nature, focused on helping customers choose the best setup for their event and ensuring a smooth rental experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and text
Explain party rental options, including how silent disco events work
Recommend appropriate equipment packages based on event size and type
Provide pricing information and assist customers with booking their rental
Follow up with interested leads to answer questions and close bookings
Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM or booking system
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to confirm availability
Confirm event details such as date, location, and pickup or delivery method
Provide clear pre-event instructions and expectations to customers
Maintain a friendly, professional, and responsive tone in all communications
Job Requirements
Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, and text-based communication
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to follow processes and manage multiple conversations at once
Experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred
Experience with CRMs or booking systems is a plus
