Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role involves creative involvement in marketing strategies, including A/B testing, producing effective campaigns, and contributing innovative ideas for our brands, including Xcellence Realty and its sister companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords and social media.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies.
• Collaborate in the creation of marketing materials and ideas.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in online marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing paid ads across various digital platforms.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms; experience with PLAI.io is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
• Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Background in marketing or related field.
