Social Media Department Manager (SPANISH Position)

Full Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and experienced social media department manager to join our team. This is position is in SPANISH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all community managers and content creators on their day-to-day activities of our social media accounts and ensuring that each one is up-to-date, engaging, and profitable.  You will work closely with our marketing team to create and implement campaigns that will help us meet our business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage social media department and team in charge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Enforcing that publications are being posted consistently in a timely manner while promoting organic reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns that support business goals and meet KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and enforce brand guidelines across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our social media accounts are properly integrated
• Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, and proactively seek out new opportunities to improve our social media presence and profitability.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a social media manager or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in managing people
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent/native spanish
• English a plus but not requiered
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
