We are a growing boutique law firm seeking a creative, strategic, and organized Social Media Manager to lead and manage our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate professionalism while showcasing our firm’s values, results, and culture in a compelling way. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure our brand remains consistent, engaging, and compliant with legal industry standards.
• Create and execute a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok)
• Develop and design engaging posts (images, videos, captions) that reflect the firm’s tone and values
• Highlight key practice areas (e.g., personal injury, employment law, civil litigation)
• Monitor and respond to comments/messages or flag for appropriate team members
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy based on analytics
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and ethical rules for legal marketing
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to create content (e.g., Q&A posts, team spotlights, educational reels)
• Manage reputation and coordinate occasional ad campaigns if needed
• Prior experience managing social media for a professional service (law firm preferred)
• Strong writing skills with an ability to maintain a professional yet approachable tone
• Proficiency in Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar content tools
• Understanding of legal ethics around advertising and attorney communications (or willingness to learn)
• Graphic design skills a plus
• Video editing experience a plus (for reels, testimonials, educational content)
• Reliable communication and strong organizational skills
