An award winning law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Outreach Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal social media management, content creation, and outreach.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies. Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.

Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content, including graphics, videos, articles, and posts, to promote the firm's legal services.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services, including email marketing, social media ads, and other digital marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to develop and implement outreach strategies, and collaborate to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and outreach.

Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and outreach efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Job Requirements

Experience: 3+ years experience in social media management, content creation, and outreach. Candidate MUST have experience managing social media marketing for a law firm.

Proven hands-on work experience with LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with legal clients and key stakeholders.

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools (i.e. Adobe CC, Canva), and office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluent in English

Available to work weekdays from 9-5pm Mountain Time
