We're currently on the lookout for a Coordinator to manage tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenance for our in-state properties, particularly in New York City. The role involves effective communication, problem-solving, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle tenant calls, follow-ups, and coordinate repairs and maintenance for approximately 150 apartments.
● Data Management: Input resident information accurately into our management system and maintain organized records for efficient tracking and follow-up.
● Collaborate with the team to address property-related issues promptly.
● Utilize property management software, particularly Rent Manager, and manage emails efficiently.
Requirements:
● 1-2 years of experience in property management, preferably in New York City.
● Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are a significant advantage.
● Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
● Familiarity with property management software, specifically Rent Manager (1-2 year experience).
● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
● Stress tolerance is crucial in managing tenant interactions.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Preferred:
● Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with exceptional qualifications will still be considered
