Job Description:

Position Overview:

As the Ecommerce Associate for our Amazon store, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Amazon sales channel. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, optimize product listings, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Store Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon store, including inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor key performance metrics and take actions to improve sales, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

1. Product Listings Optimization:

• Optimize product listings for search visibility, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
• A/B test product listings and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

1. Advertising and Marketing:

• Create and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Amazon-specific marketing strategies.

• Monitor customer reviews and address any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for Amazon customers.
