Guest Experience Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (Philadelphia-based company)

At Stay Rafa, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional short-term rental experience to our guests in the Greater Philadelphia area. We are a small but dedicated team of industry professionals passionate about personalized service and delivering on our promises. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and proactive Guest Experience Specialist to join our team and contribute to the seamless guest experience that Stay Rafa is known for.

Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating smooth interactions with our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Your expertise in customer service and organization will help maintain our high standards while creating positive experiences for every guest.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries through multiple communication channels (email, phone, etc.)
  • Manage direct reservations, ensuring invoicing is accurate and payments are processed
  • Handle guest queries related to reservations, amenities, and local area information
  • Proactively identify, address, and resolve guest complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks with our internal teams
  • Analyze guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time availability with a primary schedule of:
  • Tuesday-Wednesday: 4 PM - 10 PM
  • Thursday: 4 PM - 11 PM
  • Friday: 4 PM - 12 AM
  • Saturday: 8 AM - 11 PM
  • Flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments is a must.

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and customer service procedures
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Empathetic and professional demeanor with a passion for outstanding customer service
  • Interest in growing within the organization and a commitment to staying with us long-term
  • Familiarity with short-term rental or hospitality industry is a plus but not required
