LuxNomads is a Forbes-featured, high-growth relocation agency helping Americans move abroad—mainly to Spain today, and expanding fast into the rest of Europe. We help clients secure visas, plan relocations, and start fresh lives overseas—with confidence and clarity.

We're building a new elite internal division: Special Operations, led directly by our Co-Founder & President, Paul Nelson. This team handles LuxNomads’ biggest and boldest missions—like launching into new countries, forming legal and real estate partnerships, and fixing systemic challenges that others can’t.

Your role will be central to this mission. You'll help us build the B2B partner ecosystem powering our next phase of growth. This is a startup-style, high-impact, entrepreneurial team. You must be a master communicator, relationship builder, and closer.

Your Role: The Master Communicator

As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, you are the face and voice of the Special Operations Department of LuxNomads to the outside world. Whether you're contacting top lawyers in Lisbon, onboarding new real estate agents in Valencia, or hopping on Zoom to represent Paul in high-stakes conversations—you are the relationship engine driving our ecosystem forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and establish relationships with top-tier B2B partners: immigration lawyers, housing agencies, relocation vendors, tax advisors, etc.
  • Conduct strategic outreach—write emails, create proposals, and lead discovery calls
  • Join or lead Zoom calls representing LuxNomads and/or Paul when needed
  • Draft and manage partner-facing documents: proposals, NDAs, contracts
  • Maintain a partnership database and deal pipeline using Notion
  • Spot and close gaps in our current partner network (geographically or functionally)
  • Monitor partner quality, resolve issues, and ensure win-win results for all parties


Job Requirements

Technical & Communication Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, or strategic outreach
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Highly skilled in written email communication—knows how to craft clear, compelling messages
  • Confident on Zoom calls with lawyers, real estate agents, or executives
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and Notion (must)

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience working with legal, real estate, or relocation partners
  • Familiarity with tools like SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRMs
  • Experience supporting executives or representing leadership teams
