LuxNomads is a Forbes-featured, premier global relocation agency helping Americans move abroad—primarily to Spain, with rapid expansion across Europe and beyond. We specialize in helping clients navigate long-term visa pathways, international housing, tax planning, and building a life overseas with ease and clarity.

We’re launching a brand-new elite task force: Special Operations—led directly by our President & Co-Founder, Paul Nelson. This unit operates independently from the rest of the company to solve our most complex, high-stakes problems—the ones no one else can crack. From launching in new countries to forming strategic B2B partnerships and building relationships with consulates across the globe, this team is the innovation engine behind LuxNomads’ next stage of growth.

As one of the founding members of this all-star team, you must be a resourceful, outside-the-box thinker who thrives both independently and within a high-performing team.

Your Role: The Answer Finder

As our Strategic Research Analyst, you are the go-to source for answers, systems, and clarity. When no one else can figure it out—you do. Your job is to uncover what we need to know, whether it’s finding a legal rep who can walk into the Spanish consulate in Houston, mapping visa options in Croatia, or identifying B2B vendors in Portugal.

You will gather intel others can’t, transform it into usable internal tools, and help us make better, faster decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate and map complex systems like visa logistics, consulate requirements, and legal document processing in multiple countries
• Identify and vet local partners in Spain, LATAM, and Europe (e.g. legal reps, relocation services, visa processors)
• Deliver detailed reports, checklists, databases, and side-by-side comparison charts to leadership
• Build internal SOPs based on your research for future scaling
• Track and manage research tasks in Notion to maintain visibility and alignment
• Collaborate directly with Paul on top-priority assignments and problem-solving sessions
• Research emerging markets to support LuxNomads’ international expansion

Job Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong command of advanced Google search, OSINT tools, and open-source investigation
• Skilled in building systems: databases, spreadsheets, SOPs, internal guides
• Proficient in Notion (must), Google Suite, and project tools
• Strong written English—clear, sharp, professional communication

Bonus Skills:

• Background in immigration, international relocation, or research
• Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, or global service directories
