Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Pollster to conduct telephone surveys. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to accurately capture data. You will be responsible for engaging with respondents over the phone, recording their responses, and ensuring that all surveys are conducted according to company protocols and quality standards.

Morning shift: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Afternoon shift: 12:00pm to 9:00pm


Job Responsibilities

1. Conducting Telephone Surveys:

  • Receiving Calls: Answering incoming calls and using a predetermined script to conduct surveys. It is important for the pollster to maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Recording Responses: Accurately capturing respondents' answers in a survey management system or in spreadsheets.

2. Following Protocols:

  • Script Adherence: Strictly following the survey script to ensure consistency and avoid influencing the responses.
  • Handling Objections: Addressing respondents' questions or concerns and trying to keep them on the line to complete the survey.

3. Quality Assurance:

  • Data Verification: Ensuring that responses are recorded correctly and without errors by periodically reviewing completed surveys.
  • Compliance Supervision: Making sure all surveys are conducted according to quality standards and within applicable legal regulations.

4.Data Management:

  • Data Entry and Analysis: Entering and processing survey data in an analysis system or management software.
  • Basic Reporting: Generating preliminary reports or summaries of survey results to be reviewed by data analysts.


Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
